1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Beehive Strategy website, platform, or services ("諮詢服務"), you agree to be bound by these 服務條款 ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our 諮詢服務.

2. 諮詢服務 Description

Beehive Strategy provides enterprise AI and data analytics consulting services, including but not limited to: MCP-powered conversational BI platform deployment, AI agent development and integration, data pipeline and semantic layer architecture, and strategic analytics consulting.

Our platform integrates with enterprise IM tools including WeChat Work, DingTalk, and Feishu to deliver conversational data insights.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our 諮詢服務, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the 諮詢服務 in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary technology
  • Not use the 諮詢服務 for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

全部 intellectual property rights in our platform, website, documentation, methodologies, and deliverables remain the exclusive property of Beehive Strategy Co., Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our 諮詢服務 during the term of your engagement.

Any custom AI agents, dashboards, or deliverables created specifically for your organization during a paid engagement shall be governed by the terms of your service agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements or pricing proposals. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes but is not limited to: business strategies, technical architecture, data schemas, financial information, and client lists.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beehive Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our 諮詢服務. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our 諮詢服務 are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our 諮詢服務 will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your specific requirements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beehive Strategy and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our 諮詢服務 or violation of these Terms.

10. Ter分鐘ation

We reserve the right to suspend or ter分鐘ate your access to our 諮詢服務 at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon ter分鐘ation, any provisions that by their nature should survive shall continue in effect, including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our 諮詢服務 after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
