Brandtology provides Digital Conversation Management System (DCMS) technology (fully developed in-house) then extracts the required data from influential online channels (such as blogs, forums, twitter). After extraction, it will process and categorise the customised data set and identify the sentiments of each comment/post in their native language (we currently support sentiment analysis in 12 different languages).

Users may also access their online web portal anytime, anywhere via the Internet to view the latest business and brand online intelligence as well as providing daily and monthly analytical reports comprising statistics, trends, indexes, and charts are then generated to provide significant insights into the data set.
